The only personal information we collect is as shown on our contact site where we ask for your name, e-mail address, subject matter, and a message component where you outline your message. The message is conveyed by e-mail to a secure server where it is stored.
Since we are in the business of selling puppies and or dogs the required information is collected as part of the contract of sale:

The information collected by Contract of Sale is securely kept in a secured locked cabinet and is only accessible by the owner of Iz Teremka Kennel. If requested by a visitor, sample template of a contract can be sent out by e-mail. The template does not any embedded live data. Scanning and signing of contracts are not allowed or permissible.
A third party software is used to collect the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access my sites; the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to Iz Teremka Kennel and the country of origin.
Data Use
This information is used as aggregate data to analyze the number of visitors, types of browsers, countries etc to make sure that my pages are working properly, links are not broken, and to ensure that I do not have any problems that may affect visitors from accessing Iz Teremka Kennel.

As our website is a dog website, we considered it as a family website and as such we encourage children to visit our website. We do not advertise any adult content or material. We do not sell dogs to children under the ages of 19.

Right to Information
Should you believe that that Iz Teremka Kennel is holding any information regarding your visit, you can send an e-mail to: izteremka001@gmail or slow mail to Iz Teremka kennel, 768 Tanner Drive, Kingston ON K7M 9G7 Canada requesting that information. For us to provide you the requestor with any information we need a proper form of Identification with your written request. We will accept a valid driver’s license showing a recent photograph or a notarized statement from a lawyer’s/solicitor’s office or a valid passport showing your ID and photograph. Once this information is received, we will process what we have on file within twenty (20) working days. Any expenses borne by the requestor is the requestor’s responsibility.
Iz Teremka Kennel reserves the right to refuse any information requested that is not conforming to the privacy laws of the United states of America and Canada.
Destruction Policy
All information held by Iz teremka Kennel will be held for a period of seven (7) years. This seven (7) year period would include the past six (6) years plus the current year.
Contracts will be held in perpetuity.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of substantial changes to this Policy by posting a prominent announcement on our site.

While this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of Data and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards.
