Pig Ears Chews Recalled

Pig Ears Chews manufactured by the Keys Manufacturing Company, Inc. of Paris, IL have been recalled because of potential contamination of Salmonella.

According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 100 count cases packed in cardboard boxes were shipped between September 27th 2010 and January 25th 2011 to distributors in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Missouri, Iowa, Ohio, Illinois, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Texas and Minnesota.

 In it’s press release the FDA indicated that persons handling these chews could be infected with Salmonella if they have not washed
